Owners representing more than 15% of unit factors submitted a request for SGM to the Board thru the property management. The property manager rejected the request as accordingly, the request lacks the proposed resolutions. However, we stated the purpose of the meeting which is to conduct a dialogue with the Board and the property management regarding condo issues. As the condominium act states that if the Board does not convene the meeting within 30 days of receiving the request, the owners may convene the meeting. Can the condo owners convene the meeting themselves although the Board (thru the property manager) rejected the request?
      Thanks!
