Shelly MacMillan
President

Long time entrepreneur and condo owner, Shelly currently operates three retail businesses and owns eight condos in the city of Edmonton. She is a fierce condo owner’s rights and education advocate, has served on her own condo board in the positions of president and treasurer, studies the Condominium Property Act of Alberta and other jurisdictions and communicates with government regularly to keep abreast of all latest condominium laws.

Tracy Tarrabain
Vice President

A social worker for over 20 years, Tracy worked with high risk youth and families, supervised several treatment centers for programs with family reunification components. She currently works with Mediation and Restorative Justice Centre (MRJC). Community mediation for non bylaw regulated issues referred by the 311 City of Edmonton phone line. Works with Edmonton Police Service, RCMP and municipal peace officers all over Alberta. Manager of restorative justice programs for MRJC doing victim-offender mediation.
